2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or placing an order on globalgi.co.za, you agree to these Terms of
Service and all applicable South African laws and regulations. If you do not agree,
please do not use this website.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where
applicable. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. Product images
are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and verified. We accept the
payment methods displayed at checkout. GGI reserves the right to cancel any order at
our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. DELIVERY
We deliver across South Africa. Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping
Policy. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and
the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
7. WARRANTY
All products are covered under our Warranty Policy, available at
globalgi.co.za/policies/legal-notice.
8. WHOLESALE AND BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
GGI supplies products to both retail and wholesale customers. Wholesale enquiries can
be submitted via globalgi.co.za/pages/wholesale. Wholesale transactions may be subject
to separate pricing and terms agreed in writing.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on globalgi.co.za, including images, text, and logos, is the property of
GGI and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, GGI shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or
website.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes
shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this
page with an updated effective date.
