Returns You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless covered under warranty.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
