Processing Time Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time Delivery generally takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location and product availability. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Coverage We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or high demand periods. We appreciate your patience.
